Hello Pioneers! This is Mr. Boyles with your weekly Pioneer Update.

We have made it to the last week of school. We are very proud of our students for the hard work they have put in this school year. We have several events going on this week to close out the year.

There will be no school for students tomorrow for the Memorial Day Holiday.

Tuesday will be our kindergarten program and awards at 10 am in our gym along with 4th grade awards at 12 pm and 3rd grade awards at 1 pm.

Students will have their 4th quarter behavior incentive Super Surprise on Wednesday. This Super Surprise behavior incentive does involve water, so students will need to bring a change of clothes and towel just as they did for water day.

Thursday will be our 5th grade promotion and awards ceremonies with Mrs. Rose’s class at 8:00, Mrs. Sprague’s class at 9:20, and Mr. Duncan’s class at 10:40.

4th quarter report cards will come home with students on Thursday.

The last day of school for students will be this Friday with an 11:20 dismissal time.

We have had a fantastic year at Poplar Springs. Thank you for your support in helping to make this a great school. Mark your calendars for the first day of school for next year on August 13th.
